The production of high quality products, safe and competitive in terms of technical characteristics and price, meeting the requirements of consumers, legislative and other mandatory requirements is the goal and basis for increasing the economic well-being of JSC Vityaz and each employee of the enterprise.
The goal is achieved by solving the following tasks:
- Systematic study and analysis of customer requirements and other mandatory requirements for our products.
- High quality product development
- Introduction of advanced technological processes, new high-performance equipment and tooling into production.
- The use of only high-quality modern materials and components.
- Rational use of existing fixed assets, material, technical, financial and human resources.
- Offensive marketing strategy.
- Constant feedback from the consumer to identify claims and suggestions for improving the consumer properties of products.
- Service development.
- Targeted professional training and staff motivation.
- Involvement of every employee of the enterprise in the quality assurance process.
To ensure the fulfillment of these tasks, since 1999 JSC Vityaz has been implementing a quality management system in relation to the design, production and maintenance of TV sets Vityaz. For the purpose of the effective functioning of the system, the enterprise has developed and implemented processes and procedures that regulate the actions of employees at all stages of the product life cycle. The operation of the processes and procedures of the quality system is extended to all types of products manufactured at OJSC Vityaz. The effectiveness of the quality management system is confirmed by annual internal and external audits of independent certification bodies, systematic improvement of product quality indicators.
