Today Vityaz OJSC is the largest industrial enterprise in the city of Vitebsk and one of the largest in the Republic of Belarus.

Vityaz OJSC has vast experience, technical and intellectual capabilities, a long history of production and scientific activities in various market segments. This is the basis for the further development of the enterprise.

In the development, Vityaz OJSC sets itself the short-term (1 year), medium-term (5-10 years), long-term (15 years) tasks concering the diversification of the structure of the enterprise and the creation of a number of independent enterprises with the right of a legal entity on the basis of existing production facilities, workshops to.

Vityaz OJSC will continue to develop a strategy to diversify production in both existing and new business areas. On the basis of the company, a group of companies (subsidiaries and joint ventures with investors) will be created - separate business units that will independently ensure the further development of the selected area by developing their own marketing strategy to promote their product in the markets.

Vityaz OJSC and the business units created on its basis will be export-oriented and integrated into the Vitebsk FEZ. The main sales markets for products are the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation and other CIS countries, as well as the EU countries.

In each business area, Vityaz plans to stimulate the trend not only to increase the range of goods by improving and modernizing products, equipping them with newer and unique consumer properties, but also to stimulate the creation of new promising products that can withstand competition in the global market, fully adapted to the various requirements of a particular market (region).
