OJSC "Vityaz" has wide technological capabilities for the production of winding products. On the existing equipment, it is possible to wind inductors with one or two insulated wires on tubular frames, spools, rectangular, ribbed or without a frame. Frames can be made of electric cardboard, getinax, various plastics, ferromagnetic materials.

With row winding machines - the diameter of the wound wire is from 0.05 to 0.5 mm. The largest diameter of the coil is 100 mm, the winding length is from 3 mm to 150 mm.
By row winding machines - the diameter of the wound wire is from 0.2 mm to 2.5 mm. The largest diameter of the coil is 200 mm, the winding length is from 3 mm to 200 mm
Four-spindle winding machines - the diameter of the wound wire is from 0.03 to 0.8 mm. The largest diameter of the coil is 60 mm, the winding length is up to 100 mm. Simultaneous winding of four coils.
By automatic winding machines for frameless coils - the diameter of the wound wire is from 0.24 to 2.4 mm. The diameter of the wound coil is from 1.5 mm to 5.5 mm. The number of wound turns is from 1.5 to 23.
