In the manufacture, modern machining equipment is used, including 3-coordinate machining centers.

Mold design includes several steps. At the first stage, a detailed analysis of the manufacturability of product parts is carried out using special modules of CAE systems. At the second stage, the placement of parts in the tooling is optimized to achieve the greatest economic feasibility. At the third stage, the design of the gating system and the mold cooling system are optimized. The advanced programs used by the designers of OAO Vityaz make it possible to perform this kind of work in the shortest possible time and with great accuracy. The final stage of tooling design is to produce a set of documentation for three-dimensional models obtained at the previous stages of work on the tooling.


3. MATERIAL PROCESSING
The model range of equipment and the tools used allow processing both small and large-sized parts.


• Any type of machining (turning, milling, grinding, jig grinding, etc.); Table movement - up to 2000 × 1600 × 760 mm, table working surface dimensions up to 2100 × 1400 mm;
• Heat treatment;
• Wire EDM: table travel up to 450x320, workpiece size up to 1100x760x200mm;
• Electro-erosion piercing: working bath dimensions - up to 2200 × 1320 × 620 mm, table movement - up to 1400 × 700 × 500 mm.
4. SERVICES
